Question #20:
How can I make this powdered icing mix thicker?
I have a powdered chocolate icing mix. Every time I have made it before, it has been very runny. I am making a special birthday cake for my husband, and I would like to do some decorations with royal icing, but I know if I use this runny stuff as the base, it won't work. How do I thicken it?Pamelas gluten free dark chocolate frosting mix
I bag frosting mix
6 tbsp butter at room temp
4 tbsp water
What can I add, subtract or do to thicken it? I will be making the royal icing separately from scratch, so there will be white accents (something vie done a million times, so I know how to make that)
